We explore and tinker with land management practices, urban design, agroforestry, carbon sequestration, renewables, and agTech.

Science-Based Targets - Nature-based, for biodiversity metrics.
Building Rehab - Sustainable building restoration/building sciences.
Dynamic Land Management - Reforestation 90+ acres of clear-cut timber.
